LIFE IS FUN

How we spend our days is how we spend our lives, so let's make the most of our days!

I wont tell you how to spend yours, but a good guideline for me has always been treating myself like my own kid. Feed em healthy food and treats, make sure they get enough sleep, do arts and crafts, get outside, play games, and learn somethin new every now and then!

The joy of being an adult, though, is the agency, which also is the responsibility. Take a pick of the list below!!

OUTDOORS
The National Park Service is an excellent guide to finding National Parks near you, in the U.S. Pay mind to any restrictions before heading out!
Your search engine will be the best bet for finding local public parks, head to one that you haven't seen before!
Reddit is the best place to find fun things in your locale, check the subreddit for your nearest city and for the local music scene. You might be able to find free shows or nights for whatever music scene you're into (goth nights, emo nights, or even just themed nights)

Join a community garden if that's up your alley. This map contains the contact information of people with community gardens all over the U.S. and outside it too!

If you want to start your own community garden, AARP has a good page regarding how to get one started.

People who spend at least 2 hours in nature a week are significantly more likely to report good health and higher psychological wellbeing, according to a new large-scale study (n = 19,806), which found that it didn’t matter whether this was achieved in a single visit or over several shorter visits.
